The Senior Program Manager, Population Health Incentive Programs, manages the operations of two incentive programs: the Internal Performance Framework (IPF) and the provider incentive program. The IPF is a financial risk-sharing framework between Mass General Brigham (MGB) and its integrated and affiliated care delivery entities and ambulatory practices. Annually, the IPF is developed with measures for quality, cost, and strategy performance to enhance patient value. The provider incentive program utilizes IPF metrics to assess individual provider performance and distributes shared savings from value-based healthcare contracts to high-performing integrated providers and practices. This role is part of the Population Health Finance team and reports to the Director of Value Based Care Performance. It involves collaboration with finance, actuarial, clinical, and operational teams to ensure reliable, straightforward, and accurate reporting and financial payments that drive performance.
