About The Position

The Senior Program Manager - New Product Introduction is a senior, enterprise-level program leadership role responsible for translating product strategy into successful, repeatable market introductions. The role owns end-to-end orchestration from concept and development through release, operational readiness, market launch, adoption, and post-launch stabilization for complex healthcare software products and SaaS capabilities. Success in this role is defined by disciplined execution, strong business acumen, technical and product fluency, cross-functional influence, and the ability to anticipate and resolve readiness gaps before they affect customers, compliance, revenue, or adoption. The Senior Program Manager establishes integrated plans, aligns decision makers, drives accountability, and ensures that each introduction is commercially, operationally, technically, and organizationally ready. This role requires credibility with senior and executive leadership and the ability to clearly communicate strategy, progress, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes while leading initiatives across Product, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Customer Success, and other enabling functions.
