Lead the transfer of new products and technologies from the Mikros design center in Claremont, New Hampshire to high-volume manufacturing sites in Asia. This role is responsible for preparing manufacturing operations, supply chains, and production teams for successful product launches while ensuring quality, schedule, and business objectives are achieved. Mikros Technologies liquid cooling systems are deployed in large AI data centers to improve energy efficiency. We also develop active liquid cooling systems utilized in semiconductor test equipment, providing fast thermal control to maintain constant temperatures under varying heat loads. This role can be remote or sit onsite Claremont, NH.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing operations, program management, engineering, supply chain, or related functions.
  • Experience in high-volume technology manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Experience managing product transfers, manufacturing scale-up, and production readiness activities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and global teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and execute multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence teams and drive results without direct reporting authority.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, quality systems, and product qualification methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across cultures and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency with project management and business reporting tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related project management/process improvement certification.
  • Experience supporting technology transfer initiatives between engineering design centers and global manufacturing sites.
  • Experience in electronics, thermal management, liquid cooling, semiconductor, or related technology manufacturing industries.
  • Experience working with manufacturing facilities in Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product introductions and technology transfers from the Mikros design center to high-volume manufacturing sites in Asia.
  • Develop qualification processes to assess manufacturing site capabilities and identify gaps against project-specific requirements.
  • Establish project timelines, milestones, and measurable objectives to track and communicate progress.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations teams located in the U.S. and Asia.
  • Manage production line and supply chain readiness activities to support successful product launches.
  • Coordinate and oversee builds throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Develop and execute qualification plans to support project-specific certifications and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing teams to close gaps relative to project goals and milestones.
  • Partner with operations and global support teams to resolve project issues and remove obstacles to successful execution.
  • Provide regular project status updates and maintain clear communication with project teams, business leadership, and customers.
  • Ensure projects align with overall business strategy and organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans to support successful implementation.
  • Maintain reliable delivery schedules and manage project timelines to meet customer and business commitments.
  • Lead without direct authority, effectively leveraging site-level resources and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company security policies and procedures.
