Senior Program Manager, Leo Inventory and Fulfillment Technology
About The Position
Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network, aiming to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to underserved areas. The Leo Inventory & Fulfillment Technology (LIFT) team is responsible for the supply chain technology for Customer Terminals (CT) and Accessories, managing unique complexities in integrations, distribution channels, and field partners. This role serves as the end-to-end program management layer for LIFT, orchestrating across various domains to ensure alignment, visibility, and readiness. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and operator, capable of maintaining a consolidated view of complex programs, driving accountability, establishing launch readiness frameworks, leading executive reporting, and owning the LIFT narrative. Flexibility and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, greenfield environment are essential.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to export control laws.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end LIFT program tracking as the single source of truth, maintaining a consolidated view across Forward, Reverse, & Inventory Product, Devices, and partner domains, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and progress across all LIFT workstreams.
- Establish launch readiness governance, defining and enforcing clear frameworks, checkpoints, and go/no-go criteria across product and partner readiness.
- Program-level risk identification and mitigation, maintaining a centralized view of operational and partner risks with clear ownership and escalation paths.
- Executive reporting and narrative ownership, owning the single, consistent LIFT story that bridges product capabilities, operational readiness, and partner execution for senior leadership.
- Own the LIFT Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), leading a working-level forum with LIFT and partner teams to review operational metrics, identify emerging issues, and implement tactical corrections.
- Manage implementation and adoption of operational changes across global Field or Business teams, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder readiness.
