Join Mass General Brigham in a highly visible, systemwide role where you’ll help shape how we prevent infections and keep patients, staff, and communities safe across every care setting. As the Sr. Program Manager for Infection Control focused on High-Level Disinfection & Sterilization (HLD/S) and the Built Environment, you’ll serve as a key subject matter expert driving best practices, supporting regulatory readiness, and influencing how care environments are designed, maintained, and improved. This is a high-impact, enterprise role within Infection Control, responsible for advancing safe, standardized, and compliant practices related to medical device reprocessing and environmental infection prevention. You’ll partner closely with clinical, operational, and facilities leaders across the system to integrate infection prevention into everything from daily operations to large-scale construction and renovation projects. Reporting to the Director of Infection Control, you’ll bring deep expertise, strong judgment, and a collaborative approach to navigating complex challenges while helping to build and sustain a culture of safety across MGB. Because this role sits within an evolving, change-driven environment, we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, forward-thinking, and energized by the opportunity to help shape and grow this work over time.
