About The Position

We are looking for a Zero Trust Program Manager focusing on enterprise level identity credential and access management/Identity and access management ICAM/ IAM in a Government environment to join our team. This qualified individual will be responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of complex technology infrastructure projects including server, storage, database, and network systems. The position involves oversight from planning through implementation, with emphasis on strategic alignment, technical leadership, and project execution in a government or high-security environment.

Requirements

12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
10 years of experience in Information Technology as a Program Manager, Deputy PM, or Senior Project Manager
PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification; must be current/active
ITIL Foundation knowledge and proficiency with the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques required to implement ITIL-based services
Strong technical understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) / ICAM, including hands-on ICAM implementation experience
Experience with end-to-end implementation of IT infrastructure and security solutions, including planning, design, testing, and deployment
Computer science and engineering technologies experience
Experience in solution architecture and agile project management
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance

Master's Degree is a plus
AWS GovCloud environments experience
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Zero Trust Architecture frameworks and solutions in a government or high-security environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
Skilled in engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Leads full lifecycle from initiation to close-out: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, delivery
Establishes project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and resources
Manages priorities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Heads solution teams with technical leadership and ongoing mentoring
Coordinates development and execution of solution roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
Guides technology research in alignment with organizational strategy
Communicates effectively with senior government officials and cross-functional internal/external teams
Balances strategic vision with execution detail, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
