We are seeking a qualified and experienced Program Change Manager with proven experience leading large‑scale, complex change initiatives within the Defense environment. Experience in Identify Credential Access Management (ICAM) is highly desirable. This role is responsible for designing, leading and embedding sustainable change across complex programs, ensuring that business, operational, cultural and behavioral change is effectively adopted and benefits are realized. Candidates will demonstrate depth and breadth of experience across the end‑to‑end change lifecycle, including: Program‑level change strategy development and execution aligned to business objectives, Stakeholder engagement and change impact management across customer, supplier and internal teams, and Mobilization of change activities during program start‑up and transition phases.
