About The Position

Google is hiring an experienced individual-contributor Program Manager for its Supply Chain Planning organization, which accelerates and scales data center infrastructure delivery through AI-powered supply chain planning. The Rack Planning Team is accountable for physical rack-level infrastructure planning across Google's global data center fleet, including forecasting, demand and supply planning, execution feasibility, and software tool requirements. The role serves as business lead and strategic architect for designing, piloting, and institutionalizing a next-generation AI-driven forecasting model. The Program Manager has end-to-end accountability for operationalizing the capability, aligning cross-functional stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle, and eliminating deployment stockouts across data center footprints. The position calls for autonomy, technical competency in systems and hardware, strategic thought leadership, and influence across engineering, capacity planning, supply chain, and operations. The role is part of Google Technical Infrastructure, which develops and maintains data centers and platforms that support Google's products and services.
