About The Position

Prime Video is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support its International paid media team across Europe, Latin America, and Canada. This role focuses on improving financial operations by automating manual processes such as invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliation, and by building tools to reduce administrative tasks for media managers. The role also involves managing media vendor relationships to ensure optimal value from spend, including renegotiating contracts, identifying savings, and testing new commercial models. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with media operations, technology, and finance teams to achieve tangible outcomes like reduced media rates, saved hours for media managers, secured credits and savings from vendors, and maintained on-time payment rates. The Prime Video International regional media operations have recently merged, creating an opportunity to align processes across markets, build new ones, and enhance existing tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience managing vendor or agency relationships, including contract negotiations or commercial terms

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience managing media, advertising, or marketing operations budgets and financial workflows
  • Experience working with media agencies (e.g., WPP, OMG) or media vendor management
  • Experience with AI/automation tools applied to financial or operational workflows

Responsibilities

  • Run programs that improve media financial operations across 20+ countries — from invoicing and billing to budget tracking and reconciliation
  • Identify manual processes and either automate them or move them to offshore teams
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to negotiate better rates, secure credits, and test new commercial models
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps and keep senior leaders informed on progress
  • Own billing operations and financial governance across markets
  • Create frameworks that help the team make commercial decisions consistently across countries
