About The Position

The Senior Service Line Administration Consultant will support the OSUCCC – James initiative Building Research, Innovation and Care Delivery for Groups with Young Adult and Early Onset Cancers (BRIDGE) which serves as a “bridge” that spurs coordination and opportunity across the OSUCCC – James to drive innovation in our approach to early-onset cancer. Through new forms of collaboration among existing care programs – such as Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA)-focused social work, James Care for Life, and our early-onset colorectal cancer efforts – the organization can ensure that every patient gets what they need, every time. The BRIDGE program provides the perfect opportunity – creating, testing, implementing and distributing models that transform outcomes for younger patients. It will foster curiosity and discoveries that ultimately enable a precision-based approach to treatment, prevention and early-detection strategies. The Sr. Service Line Consultant provides strategic leadership, management, administrative and leadership oversight of resources, budgeting, processes, operations, productivity, systems, and communications for key BRIDGE program initiatives. This position oversees day-to-day operations while aligning organizational strategy with resources to drive transformation, improve performance, and maximize the value of BRIDGE program services. This role leads programs from initial planning through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and the advancement of mission‑driven goals. Sr. Service Line Consultant is responsible for partnering with OSUCCC leadership to conduct the strategic planning, analysis, and ongoing program operations of BRIDGE. They serve as a program and project developer and on-going problem solver.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in nursing, business, or healthcare administration.
  • 8 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
