As Senior Program Manager – Batteries, you will join the Tools & Outdoor team in a hybrid role. As a key member of the Program Management Office, you will lead complex battery and electrical engineering new product development programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams while managing risk, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering product development preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in new product development preferred
• Experience in consumer and/or professional goods product development
• Experience in personnel management and cross-functional leadership
• Strong knowledge of structured project management methodologies
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production planning
• Financial acumen and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development programs involving battery and electrical engineering technologies
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Drive cross-functional execution across technical, operational, and financial teams
• Monitor program P&L, capital spend, and financial performance against objectives
• Align R&D and Finance on budgets and investment priorities
• Prepare leadership updates on project status, risks, and recovery plans
• Support process improvement, documentation, and program management best practices
• Manage resources and ensure successful delivery from planning through completion
