This position will support Queens Village, a program within Cradle Cincinnati founded in 2019 with the belief that Black women hold the key to reducing the racial disparity in infant mortality rates. Queens Village works by listening to Black women, ensuring they hold positions of power, and creating space for them to rest, relax, and repower. The Senior Program Manager is a relationship builder, community advocate, and skilled project manager who leads neighborhood and citywide programming, partners with community stakeholders, and supports grant-funded initiatives. This role involves planning and executing high-impact events, coordinating community advisory boards, managing vendors and budgets, collecting and reporting evaluation data, and collaborating across teams to ensure programs are delivered with excellence, cultural humility, and care. The ideal candidate brings a deep commitment to equity, strong cultural competency, and a passion for building authentic, trust-based relationships within Black communities. They thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and are energized by creating meaningful, community-centered solutions that improve the well-being of Black women and families in Cincinnati.
