About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Parts and Distribution business is seeking a Senior Program Management Manager to lead their Consumables & Expendables Exclusives IPT (Integrated Product Team). This role involves P&L leadership, contract oversight, portfolio strategy development, and leading SIOP strategies to optimize business outcomes. The position supports the Long Range Business Plan process and aims to deliver financial targets across revenue, margin, operating earnings, and cash.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Product or Program Management within aerospace parts and distribution
  • Previous experience in managing/leading larger teams
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation, aerospace and/or defense industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Strong business and finance acumen
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, growth mindset, critical thinking, diverse perspective, and proactivity amidst ambiguity
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership in a matrix organization
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Leader with ability to manage multiple, complex projects by establishing key metrics and standardized processes to measure performance and drive efficiencies
  • Responsible for contract oversight and execution of a diverse mix of product lines spanning many platforms across Commercial, BAGA and Defense aftermarket segments
  • Development of Portfolio Strategy and Product expansion with key OEM/Supplier Partners
  • Set short- and long-term product strategies and evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Lead SIOP strategies to maximize investments, mitigate risks and improve business outcomes
  • Support LRBP (Long Range Business Plan) process and deliver to Portfolio financial targets across Revenue, Margin, Operating Earnings and Cash
  • Provide strong people & team leadership skills to develop talent across a multi-site team, including recruiting, mentoring, skill development & evaluation, internal training, talent management and ability to build effective teams
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Constructively engage with colleagues across the enterprise
  • Deal with highly ambiguous business environment
  • Communicate effectively and skillfully present to senior audiences including management and executive leadership team
