The role involves owning the customer abuse lifecycle end-to-end and continuously improving control effectiveness. The Senior Program Lead will partner with engineers, product, and business stakeholders to build scalable and resilient solutions, standardize capabilities for intelligent decision-making, and respond swiftly to emerging threats.
