About The Position

The core focus of this role will be to lead a major strategic pursuit for our Vehicle Inspection Program. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of a high‑profile RFP pursuit, from initial positioning and client engagement through to final submission. Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position, market, and secure the project
Provide leadership, direction, and guidance through all stages of major pursuit(s)
Ensure timely follow-up on all instructions, action items, and commitments related to the pursuit
Provide direction and management for every phase of the RFP process to ensure on-schedule, compliant, and competitive submission
Collaborate with office and facilities staff to address and fulfill all RFP requirements (e.g., facilities descriptions, certifications, site information)
Work closely with other managers, subject matter experts, and support staff to develop and deliver complete and high-quality RFP responses
