Senior Program Delivery Strategist

AngiDenver, CO
$75,000 - $135,000Remote

About The Position

The Senior Program Delivery Strategist is a senior individual contributor who independently owns complex, high-impact enablement initiatives for Angi's sales organization. This is a strategic project ownership role for someone who brings deep sales knowledge, sharp analytical instincts, and the ability to design and deliver the right interventions — across whatever modalities and approaches best serve the goal of improving rep and manager performance. You will work from a clear hypothesis about what moves the needle, build the program, execute with rigor, and measure what actually changed. You approach this work with an AI-forward mindset — actively looking for how data, technology, and emerging tools can make the work sharper and the outcomes more durable. As part of the Operations Performance & Learning team, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Program Delivery and serve as a model for what strong enablement looks like — influencing the broader team through the quality of your work and the standard you set.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, training, or a closely related field — with a track record of independently owning initiatives and delivering results tied to business outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of strategic selling principles is strongly preferred — candidates without direct sales experience should be able to demonstrate deep fluency in consultative selling methodologies and how high-performing sales organizations operate.
  • Proven project management skills — you can scope, plan, execute, and measure complex work independently, without significant direction.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you identify problems, form a hypothesis, and build toward a solution without waiting to be told where to start.
  • Strong facilitation skills across modalities and audience levels, with the ability to lead and influence groups from frontline reps to senior leadership.
  • A data-driven approach — you design for measurement from the start and use outcome data to make decisions and communicate impact.
  • An AI-forward mindset — you actively seek out how emerging tools and technology can improve your work, and you bring that curiosity to the team.
  • Cross-functional credibility — you build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and are seen as a partner by the business teams you support.
  • An ownership mentality — high autonomy, solutions-oriented, and holding yourself to a standard others can learn from.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates without direct sales experience should be able to demonstrate deep fluency in consultative selling methodologies and how high-performing sales organizations operate.

Responsibilities

  • Independently scope and lead complex, multi-stakeholder enablement initiatives — managing ambiguity, driving alignment, and owning the work end-to-end from design through measurement.
  • Steward a portfolio of high-priority projects — such as manager coaching programs or tenured rep development tracks — with clear accountability for delivery quality and outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships proactively, communicating clearly on status, risks, and decisions without waiting to be asked.
  • Leverage AI tools and data throughout the initiative lifecycle — from surfacing performance insights that inform program design to measuring behavior change after delivery.
  • Bring a consultative, operating-partner mindset to the work — grounded in how sales organizations function and what it takes to shift selling behavior in a meaningful, lasting way. This role actively contributes to moving Angi's sales culture toward a true operating-partner model, and the credibility to do that comes from understanding strategic selling, not just the mechanics of training.
  • Build trusted relationships with sales managers and business stakeholders as a strategic partner — someone they seek out because the work you do makes them better.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Learning Design, and Operations to keep programs grounded in real business priorities and designed to drive measurable behavior change.
  • Design and deliver programs where the format and approach serve the outcome — choosing the right intervention for the performance gap and holding that standard throughout, regardless of modality.
  • Facilitate with consistency and credibility across audience levels, from frontline reps to sales leadership.
  • Contribute to raising delivery standards across the team, sharing expertise and serving as an informal resource for complex or high-stakes programs.
  • Design measurement into every initiative from the start — defining what success looks like before building, then using outcome data to evaluate impact and inform what comes next.
  • Independently review performance trends and identify where enablement can move the needle — bringing a point of view and a recommendation, not just an observation.
  • Stay ahead of what is next in sales enablement — surfacing new approaches, tools, and AI-driven capabilities that can improve how the team works and what it delivers.

Benefits

  • competitive year end performance bonus & equity package
  • Full medical, dental, vision package to fit your needs.
  • Flexible vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it.
  • Pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K).
