We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Program Coordinator. In this role, you will support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers across the state of Oregon. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth program execution by managing operational processes, supporting reporting and tracking efforts, and coordinating across internal teams and external partners. This position is highly data‑focused and operational in nature, with an emphasis on program administration, tracking submissions, and supporting budget allocation processes. While not customer‑facing, the role will involve collaboration with internal stakeholders and client to ensure program accuracy and efficiency. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking
  • Experience working with reporting, forecasting, or program performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, process‑driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, including Trade Allies
  • Track program submissions, budget allocation, and overall program performance
  • Develop and maintain reports to support forecasting, planning, and decision‑making
  • Support data management efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Identify operational or informational gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Assist with program coordination activities, including intake tracking and workflow support
  • Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives
