This position is a Senior Program Analyst. This position is in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
Active (or the ability to obtain and maintain a) Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s or higher Degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field.
At least 15 years of Federal, state, or private sector work experience focused on policy, analysis, program management, and research, with demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision on high-stakes projects.
Strong ability to work independently, troubleshoot under pressure, and act as a liaison between DoD, state, and local agencies.
Proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with the National Guard and related experience in Mission Assurance Programs.

Responsibilities

Leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex organizational initiatives, acting as a high-level expert in data-driven decision-making.
Analyzes performance metrics, mitigates risks, manages budget processes, and develops policies to improve efficiency.
Mentors staff, interfaces with senior leadership, and delivers executive-level briefings.
