About The Position

VTG is seeking a Senior Program Analyst / Executive Assistant to support the Navy located at the Washington DC, Navy Yard. Position is 100% onsite. What will you do? The Sr. Program Analyst will provide on-demand timely professional support services to the Flag Officers, Executive Directors and COS for Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Deputy Combatants. The requirement is for a proven communication, analytics, and strategic action officer, a capable person to provide leadership with knowledge management, strategic planning, brief development, action tracking, schedule and travel coordination and communication support to include messaging, configuration control, database management, and proactive thinking. Primary Responsibilities: The Sr. Program Analyst will proactively and re-actively respond short and long-term tasking from leadership, coordinating as necessary with stakeholders, to provide quality on time products to include communication strategies, briefs, point papers, and analysis. Also, will work strategic initiatives to assess data and metrics to make recommendations on gathering, filing, controlling, and maintaining data for rapid use. The scope includes developing strategic initiatives that focus on improved business practices as well as improved data utilization, messaging and tasker responses, and technical/program execution processes.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of Experience in DOD Analyst Support to include Flag Level Strategy Planning, Communication Approaches, Brief Development, Knowledge Management, and Process Improvement and Executive Administration (EA) experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or other equivalent
  • SharePoint Knowledge/Experience.
  • DTS experience
  • MS Suite – Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience.
  • Creative, poised, and flexible
  • Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to sustain one.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a former Action Officer/Operations
  • NAVSEA or PEO Ships experience
  • Military friendly
