About The Position

Peraton seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support staffing activities for defensive cyberspace operations within the joint cyberspace operations community. This role provides centralized coordination, analysis, and liaison support for long-range planning, programming, and policy support between DAMO-SOC, Army Cyber Command, United States Cyber Command, and the Joint Staff. The position is located at the Pentagon and Taylor Building in Arlington.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate with 14 years or HS+16 years experience
  • Four years of CO/CEMA-specific experience at the HQDA or equivalent level and above
  • Experience and knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, PPBE, and an in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
  • Excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project
  • Knowledgeable in HQDA processes and systems, and have previously completed courses equivalent to or relevant to preparing various documents related to the DAMO-SOC
  • Prior experience operating within a DoD Cyber Protection Team from any service
  • Able to travel in support of DAMO-SOC requirements
  • Able to remote work from home on classified systems provided by the government if requested and approved
  • Able to open and lock work locations at Taylor building or RSAC (Pentagon)
  • U.S Citizenship required
  • Active TS SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI

Responsibilities

  • Participate, at the action officer level, subject to Government review and control, in all OIE related meetings and forums to include, but not limited to Action Officer Working Groups (AOWGs), Councils of Colonels (CoCs), General Officer Steering Committees (GOSCs), and Executive Boards.
  • Create shared awareness across complementary functions (cyber, space, and EW) to inform analysis and actions regarding defensive cyberspace operations planning, programming, and policy.
  • Participate in DoD, Joint, and Army projects, studies, and working groups within the DAMO-SOC portfolio, researching inquiries from Congress and higher authorities, and providing draft responses.
  • Prepare briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, Execution Orders (EXORDS), memorandums, SITREPs, and official multimedia correspondence related to the DAMO-SOC.
  • Conduct research on position-related DoD policies, including National Strategy, DODD, DODI, Army Regulations, EXORDS, etc., and maintain a digital location for current and future team use.
  • Schedule rooms, video teleconferencing sessions, maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, read-ahead packages for all DAMO-SOC meetings and conferences.
  • Use effective and grammatically correct written communication skills that conform to the Army style described in AR 25-50 and DA Memo 25-52.
  • Track all Army, Joint, Executive Communication and Control (ECC) and Congressional actions/tasks assigned to DAMO-SOC in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and the OSD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
  • Perform tasks related to DAMO-SOC's support for various areas, including Cybersecurity, Cyber Operations, DODIN-A, and Mission System Cybersecurity.
