About The Position
Brillio is hiring a Senior Profisee MDM & Microsoft Fabric Data Architect to architect and deliver scalable data management and Master Data Management solutions for Quick Service Restaurant, Retail, and Consumer Business environments. The role leads data modernization initiatives, including migrating legacy SQL-based platforms and ETL workloads to Microsoft Fabric, and develops enterprise data models, entity structures, hierarchies, relationships, and business rules. The architect configures Profisee MDM matching, merging, duplicate detection, survivorship, and validation logic; implements data quality controls; establishes governance frameworks and stewardship processes; and defines integration patterns connecting Profisee with enterprise applications, source systems, and analytics platforms. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to turn requirements into solution designs and delivery plans, while communicating recommendations, risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership. The position is onsite in Coppell, Texas, and focuses on Profisee MDM, Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, data integration, and data modernization. Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft data management technologies, including Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric.
- Demonstrated leadership in data modernization within QSR, Retail, or Consumer Business domains.
- Advanced proficiency in Profisee Master Data Management (MDM).
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric data engineering and analytics components.
- Enterprise-level data modeling and architecture skills.
- SQL development, optimization, and migration strategy skills.
- Experience integrating operational, master data, and analytical platforms.
- Experience implementing match-and-merge logic and data quality rules in Profisee MDM.
- Ability to design data stewardship workflows and exception handling.
- Experience developing data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory.

- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and lakehouse architectures.
- Expertise in Power BI for advanced data visualization.
- Familiarity with retail and consumer business data domains.

- Profisee MDM certification or documented proficiency in enterprise MDM implementations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable data management and MDM solutions using Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric for QSR and Retail environments.
- Lead data modernization projects, migrating legacy SQL-based platforms and ETL workloads to Microsoft Fabric while ensuring seamless transitions and optimized performance.
- Develop enterprise data models, entity structures, hierarchies, relationships, and business rules for business-critical operations.
- Configure Profisee MDM match-and-merge logic, duplicate detection, survivorship rules, validation logic, and data quality controls.
- Establish master data governance frameworks, stewardship workflows, approval processes, exception handling, and maintenance procedures.
- Define and implement data integration patterns among Profisee, enterprise applications, source systems, and downstream analytical platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into solution designs and delivery plans.
- Communicate solution recommendations, risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership, supporting stakeholder alignment and expectation management.
