About The Position

As a Senior Professional Services DevOps Engineer at JFrog, you will work with customers to design, set up, and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native tools. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development teams, working directly with developers and DevOps professionals to support customers' DevOps journeys with the JFrog platform. The role includes designing and building CI pipelines for technologies and package types such as Docker, NPM, Java, and PyPI; training the open-source community and JFrog customers; and influencing JFrog tools and their roadmap based on customer needs. You will stay current with DevOps and CI/CD technology trends and build strong relationships with customers and the community.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience with continuous integration tools, including CI servers, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and NPM.
Ability to build software delivery pipelines with Docker, NPM, Java, PyPI, and various DevOps tools, including Git, binary repository management, binary scanning, and continuous integration.
Good understanding of infrastructure and operations, including storage, networking, computing, security, and public-cloud and on-premises environments.
Experience with continuous deployment and delivery tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
Hands-on Linux experience; mandatory.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; mandatory.
Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal and customer-service-oriented skills.
Experience with server-side software on-premises and in the cloud.
Uncompromising willingness to learn.
Open-source state of mind.

Responsibilities

Design, set up, and build customer CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products and other technologies and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development, and work directly with developers and DevOps professionals to help customers succeed with the JFrog platform.
Design and build CI pipelines involving Docker, NPM, Java, PyPI, binary repositories, distribution to devices, and continuous build tooling.
Train the open-source community and JFrog customers.
Influence the features and roadmap of JFrog tools based on customer needs.
Keep current with technology trends related to DevOps and CI/CD.
Build strong relationships with customers and the community.

Benefits

Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
