About The Position

Converse is seeking a Senior Professional, Account Marketing for Inspire, City Specialty & Skate. This role involves leading the ideation and development of omni-channel marketing plans to support marketplace partners, executing category-right marketing initiatives, and driving strong seasonal expression for Converse’s Inspire, City Specialty and Skate accounts. The ideal candidate will bring energy, cultural understanding, and strong collaboration skills to elevate the brand. They will be expected to think creatively, craft effective account marketing plans, and execute them with excellence, including managing marketing budgets and working closely with retailers. Converse is described as an iconic sneaker brand, a place to explore potential, be creative, and work with a friendly team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 3+ years of experience in account marketing, brand marketing, or marketplace marketing.
  • Understanding of Inspire / City Specialty / Skate consumer culture, retail landscape, and category dynamics.
  • Experience implementing seasonal marketing execution and partner needs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional partnership capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for skate culture, LA subcultures, and the Converse brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch seasonal marketing plans and lead execution for Inspire / City Specialty / Skate accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Integrated Marketplace to align marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate account marketing calendars, budgets, GTM needs, and storytelling assets.
  • Lead account-level execution of launch plans, brand moments, and account‑specific activations.
  • Analyze results of marketing initiatives and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage inbound/outbound marketing asset needs and timelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency and account‑right execution across marketing touchpoints.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and key external accounts.
