Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Datamart, Excell and Word.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Common Manufacturing Management System) Inventory Screen
• Greenbelt Certified

Responsibilities

• Calculate Usage for Stamping Material
• Update Press Daily Press Schedule
• Update Current Raw Inventory Reports
• Inventory Parts Rack Fleet
• Run Build Forecast
• Make Negative Balance Adjustments in the CMMS system
• Set Stamping Sub Systems Schedule
• Handle Emergency Outsourcing Request
• Rack Fleet Repairs and/or New Orders
• Handle Emergency Outsourcing
• Handle Engineering Changes
• Create Shipper Requests
• Update/ maintain BOM (Build of Materials)
• Complete Form-2066 for Blank orders
• Review Service Parts Orders
