This role involves leading Incoming Quality and Pre-Production Approval Process (PPAP) teams, ensuring supplier quality concerns are addressed, chargebacks are submitted, and containment actions are implemented. The position also requires representing the Quality department in daily interactions with production areas, STA, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include tracking supplier concerns to closure, coordinating with MP&L for part disposition, managing containment cribs, and communicating quality concerns to the plant floor. For PPAP, the role involves ensuring timely functional trials, coordinating with MP&L and Change Control, and managing PPAP crib inventory. Additionally, the role supports the plant's Contamination Reduction Strategic plan by participating in audits, reviewing test results, and facilitating communication for issue resolution. The position is a salary grade 8, ranging from $99,100-$166,200.
