About The Position
As a Sr Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the Integrated Supply Chain business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing
- APICS or CPIM Certification
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- Expertise on leading/driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
- Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to ensure production targets are met
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
