About The Position

Step into a high-impact planning role where you translate demand into action. You will own the master schedule, orchestrating materials, staffing, and equipment through our ERP to keep product flowing and customers delighted. Your work aligns sales forecasts with production realities to maximize throughput, control inventory, and deliver on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Background in manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain; sheet metal fabrication exposure is a plus.
• ERP proficiency (JobBOSS experience is a bonus) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strength in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination; proven leadership/people management and scheduling experience; fluency in Lean manufacturing principles.

Nice To Haves

• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) that aligns with sales forecasts and live customer orders.
• Model capacity 0–36 months out, determining labor, equipment, and material needs for sheet metal fabrication work centers.
• Balance inventory for raw materials and finished goods—ensuring availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Lead and participate in S&OP sessions with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing; provide direction to the Expeditor to remove roadblocks.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen methods to lift efficiency and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Safeguard ERP data integrity (JobBOSS, SAP, Epicore) to enable precise planning and reliable signals.
