About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience operating metal fabrication machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices in metalworking.
Ability to read tape measure and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work night shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various metal fabrication machines, including cutting and bending, equipment, to produce precision components.
Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper calibration before starting production.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Document production data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
