This Senior Production Coordinator role will support the automotive team with client communication and assigned production deliverables, ensuring a successful program and that client needs are met and exceeded. Requirements
- Must be able to work hybrid in Detroit
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the production process
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production schedule with production lead
- Independently complete documents that synthesize feedback and next steps; begin to manage small deliverables with guidance
- Source third-party vendors, as requested
- Develop knowledge and comprehension of client business and take personal responsibility for meeting client needs and client satisfaction
- Provide comprehensive and timely meeting notes
- Lead client calls when appropriate
- Assist in reconciling costs against budget as directed
- Have a good understanding of Limberjack
- Able to follow financial and contractual process for both clients and subcontractors
- Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
- Coordinate communications between team members and proactively anticipate the support needs of the team
