Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Controls Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in HVAC, Data Center, Power and Energy, Automotive related industries (excluding university experience)
  • Proficient with organizing and processing massive data analysis
  • Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives
  • Passion with new learnings and growth
  • US citizens and/or permanent residents of the US

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial HVAC industry experience
  • Data center cooling product experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain understanding of theories, concepts, technical principles, and processes related to fluid, thermal, and other mechanical aspects of air-cooled chillers or centrifugal compressor
  • Contribute to the on-time completion of programs and regular reports on the status of projects
  • Expert in mechanical design and able to conceptualize and implement design ideas into the product release and technology investigation
  • Apply mechanical codes such as UL, CE, PED, GB and ASME
  • Work closely with the design and manufacturing teams in generating layout concepts and system configurations that consider the best balance of cost, performance, and reliability.
  • Execute test programs to validate performance and reliability of mechanical systems and components
  • Analyze, design, modify and/or troubleshoot mechanical sub-components and sub-systems based on prototype testing and test data
  • Generate and review technical documentation for use within the product team
  • Occasional domestic and international travel (less than 10%)
