Pharmacy Experience at Shoppers Drug Mart shapes how millions of Canadians interact with their pharmacy and how thousands of pharmacy teams deliver that care every day. We own the strategy, product, and experience design behind a multi-year transformation of patient and pharmacy-team touchpoints. We're hiring a Senior Product Strategist to lead product across a portfolio of pharmacy digital programs. You’ll dig into the problem space to find problems worth solving, shape the solutions collaboratively with partners, develop the business case to win funding, gather requirements directly from pharmacists and patients, write the product briefs our delivery partners build against, and hold the bar on user experience as features ship. Your work balances three lenses on every decision: business priorities, the workflow our pharmacy teams use, and the experience patients have with us. You'll partner with operations, technology, and external product delivery teams to turn strategy into shipped product.
