Requirements

• Highly technical knowledge of UL's products and services
• Ability to communicate value proposition to clients effectively
• Ability to identify and resolve wide range of issues with little or no supervision
• Ability to coach and mentor lower-level staff on effective direct sales skills and sales processes
• Adherence to Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct
• Adherence to all physical and digital security practices

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Managers or Outside Sales team to close the sale.
• Develops and presents sales proposals, systems solutions and close complex technical sales opportunities as needed.
• Develops and maintains a highly technical knowledge of UL's products and services and is able to communicate value proposition to clients effectively.
• Supports junior staff with complex details of UL's products and services.
• Helps to develop and expand their understanding of UL's products and services.
• Identifies and resolves wide range of issues with little or no supervision.
• Coaches and mentors lower-level staff on effective direct sales skills and sales processes.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.
