Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles. Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. We are seeking a Senior Product Quality Manager to join our Supply Chain team in San Francisco, California. This role sits at the intersection of Oura Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain, partnering closely with design, process engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers (CMs) to drive the successful development and ramp of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. You will champion product quality and the user experience by ensuring every ring meets Oura’s rigorous standards for health accuracy, reliability, and jewelry-like craftsmanship. You will establish and improve quality systems at CMs, ensuring robust data collection and analysis to support critical program decisions and long-term supply chain improvements. From concept through high-volume production, you will develop and implement measurement methods, control plans, and quality processes that ensure components and assemblies are manufacturable, scalable, and consistently meet product requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between Oura and our manufacturing partners, fostering a strong culture of quality across the supply chain. Working closely with Operations and Program Management, you will plan and execute NPI builds while continuously influencing both product and process development. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and the ability to translate quality requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions. This is a US Hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an in-office requirement of three days per week, and will require significant travel to Finland and Asia.
