About The Position

SimpleClosure is building the infrastructure to streamline the business dissolution process, from legal and tax to operational and administrative. The role operates cross-functionally, working directly with the CEO and partnering with R&D and GTM teams to execute strategic partnerships with technology platforms, financial services, and ecosystems.

  • Skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of structuring win-win partnerships across complex (sometimes multi-threaded) legal contracts.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and balance strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Must be located in New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles metro areas.
