We want to find an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented Digital Product Owner to help develop and evolve our capabilities for our Distributed Energy Resource Management team in Waltham, MA (candidates may also reside in either, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine). These capabilities will allow us to provide an always improving experience to our customers while reducing our costs to serve them. This role operates under a hybrid working model and is open to candidates based in either our Waltham, MA or Brooklyn, NY or Syracuse, NY office locations. Requirements

• A degree directly related to or transferable to digital delivery and / or the energy system more broadly
• Proven experience in digital delivery preferred
• Comfortable in challenging the 'status quo' and driving change
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
• Experience successfully leading and motivating teams that are highly effective both in terms of impact and team culture
• Ability to support delivery of an industry leading judicious vision for a critical portfolio and be able to turn that into tangible and obtainable deliverables with a track-record for exceeding expectations
• Ability to get to the root of the problem quickly, develop frontier solutions in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders and communicate that effectively to all levels within the organization and beyond
• Demonstrated communication skills with an ability to successfully navigate a complex organization and generate and maintain buy-in for ideas and plans.
• Demonstrated technical background, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, designers, user experience, and data science

Nice To Haves

• Product development and implementation experience within a US energy utility would be hugely valuable

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define and align business and product vision and strategy.
• Partner with Product Management toward delivering desirable and sustainable solutions applying customer centricity and design thinking.
• Responsible for maintaining the content and the team’s backlog including user stories, enablers, and defects, maintaining work ready for the team to execute.
• Define and measure business impact and monitor performance of initiatives and communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders.
• Foster customer and stakeholder feedback loops to inform how well the solutions meet their needs and validate solution value.
• Sustain the constant refinement of the product vision, roadmap, strategy, and design.
• Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results.
