We’re hiring a Product Owner to join our Connected Play team, focused on building and enhancing digital experiences that connect retail and mobile in the lottery space. This role is centered on shaping how players interact across physical and digital touchpoints—bringing together mobile apps, digital wallets, loyalty programs, and promotions into one seamless experience. You’ll own the product roadmap and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive engagement and long-term value.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in product ownership or product management within digital environments
- Strong background delivering customer-focused, cross-channel experiences
- Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience with loyalty, CRM platforms, gaming, or regulated industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap across retail and digital experiences
- Act as the voice of the user, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, features, and priorities
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, and commercial teams
- Lead Agile execution including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery
- Continuously evaluate product performance and enhance the user experience
