  • Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements
  • Experience converting high-level requirements into well-defined, refinement-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Experience leading and facilitating backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions
  • Experience driving sprint planning inputs
  • Experience supporting release planning activities in coordination with Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Support ongoing enhancements, production fixes, and potential RM-driven initiatives with structured analysis and documentation
  • Monitor delivery progress, ensure alignment with timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, including maintaining backlog hygiene, traceability, and documentation standards
  • Own end-to-end backlog health for Artemis, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and stakeholder expectations (currently spanning multiple applications)
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
  • Convert high-level requirements into well-defined, refinement-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Lead and facilitate backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions, ensuring readiness for development cycles
  • Drive sprint planning inputs and support release planning activities in coordination with Scrum teams.
