About The Position

The Product Lead is responsible for delivering enterprise data products, data warehouse solutions, and system integrations, ensuring trusted, scalable, and business-aligned data capabilities. The role bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating product strategy into actionable requirements and successful delivery outcomes. Capgemini Product Owners often operate in a proxy role for the client. They communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap; create and continually refine a backlog and help the team prioritise work that delivers the most value. They continuously explore, innovate and experiment to bring new ideas to the product. They motivate the team to release, inspect and adapt a constant flow of features, ensuring that the product remains usable, valuable and feasible. Provides product ownership for a product through the full product lifecycle. Provides guidance on methods and leads practices for developing user stories. Advises the client about the product direction and development lifecycle. Manages the involvement of stakeholders and keeps them engaged.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in: Product Management, Data Product Delivery, Business Analysis, Data & Analytics Programs
  • Experience with: Data Warehouses, Data Pipelines, System Integrations, Agile Delivery, Backlog Management
  • Strong experience translating business needs into technical and data requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog for: Data Products, Data Pipelines, Data Warehouse Solutions, System Integrations
  • Convert product roadmaps into: User Stories, Data Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, Data Models & Transformations
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define and maintain: Data Definitions, Data Lineage, Business Rules, Data Quality Standards
  • Support data validation, testing, UAT, releases, and post-production monitoring.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through usage insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
