About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner – Stored Value & Loyalty to lead the design and delivery of guest identity, engagement, and rewards capabilities across our Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, client engagement, and technical execution, owning solutions end-to-end, from discovery through launch and optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar
• Experience with POS systems, loyalty, or stored value platforms (hospitality/retail preferred)
• Strong track record of managing complex system integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with clients

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for stored value and loyalty integrations
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Identify opportunities to improve guest engagement and operational efficiency
• Lead integration of loyalty and stored value systems with POS platforms
• Partner with engineering teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions
• Ensure scalable, consistent configurations across implementations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
• Lead workshops and translate technical concepts into business-driven solutions
• Guide solution design and implementation strategy
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Drive timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery
• Develop processes, documentation, and best practices to scale solutions
• Own relationships with external partners and vendors
• Align on roadmap, enhancements, and performance expectations
