About The Position

This pivotal role at Transporeon, a Trimble company, involves owning the operational aspects of the company's next-generation freight procurement pilots in North America. The position acts as an entrepreneurial "Founding Member" for the Next-Gen platform in the US, bridging the gap between product development and market execution. The individual will lead the transition from innovation to a scaled market solution and serve as the primary liaison between the global product roadmap and the US sales team, ensuring pilot project success.

Requirements

Solid background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Procurement.
Proven track record of successfully completing complex operational projects.
Proactive "doer" comfortable with hands-on data analysis to ensure project success.
Natural talent for influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Consulting.
High-touch interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to thrive in a structured, asynchronous writing culture (Notion/Slack).
Eagerness to use modern tools and AI-enhanced workflows to simplify complex tasks and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate High-Impact US Pilots: Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of our first US pilot projects, including data preparation, system setup, and successful delivery of tender events.
Bridge the Innovation Gap: Act as an agile problem-solver, providing manual excellence and creative workarounds where the product is evolving to ensure a "Gold Standard" customer outcome.
Drive Organizational Enablement: Serve as the vital link to Sales and Sales Engineering, defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and creating "Playbooks" for broader organizational adoption.
Provide Actionable Product Feedback: Act as the "on-the-ground" expert for the product team, providing front-line insights from US projects to refine the product roadmap and ensure market readiness.
Leverage Modern Tech-Forward Workflows: Utilize Notion, Slack, and AI-powered tools to streamline data workflows and maintain a high-quality asynchronous writing culture.
Act as SME for Complex Success: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the US market, providing clear, technical, and functional guidance to internal Customer Care and Support teams.
