About The Position

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Product Operations to both define and execute the Product Operations team’s mandate. In doing so, you will work across functions to improve and support key product development processes with the goal of providing a seamless experience for our internal teams and, in turn, our customers.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in operations (product operations, business operations, etc) at a fast-growing tech company, in consulting, or in similar fields.
  • Are a highly organized multitasker who excels in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • Have worked closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in the past and are passionate about building great products.
  • Are nimble and resourceful; you can just as easily complete an ad-hoc request from Support or Sales as you can design and execute a recurring product process.
  • Are adept at taking complex topics and communicating them with different audiences; technical, non-technical, and executives. .
  • Can solve a problem by getting deep in the weeds, but you can also zoom out and see the bigger picture.
  • Don’t just spot gaps; you fill them. You’re not afraid to take initiative and propose new ideas and improvements.
  • Are humble, positive, and customer-obsessed.
  • Are located in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize product rollouts in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, and Support teams to take products from ideation to GA.
  • Systematically surface and synthesize customer insights to help influence product decisions.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to implement process improvements to increase the team's velocity.
  • Create and maintain cohesive documentation that serves as the “source of truth” for the broader organization, enabling a consistent customer experience across touch points.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and their teams as strategic partners to help drive product roadmaps forward.
