About the Role: Tubi is looking for someone to build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with our consumer platform partners (GoogleTV, Roku, FireTV, Viziom, etc.). You will act as the key technical point of contact for our external platform partners and will be responsible for monitoring the operational health of our integrations and will proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and product-related issues alongside our Engineering, Product, QA, and Business Development teams. This role is a hybrid in the SF office, and you will be expected to be on-site 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical partner management, account management, vendor management, QA-oriented product operations, tech consulting, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience analyzing large datasets to draw actionable insights, using tools like SQL and Excel to tell a story and influence teams.
  • Experience working directly with technical teams and familiarity with testing tools/frameworks and service monitoring tools.
  • Excellent execution, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous issues and manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Define Technical Partnership Strategy: Establish partner relationships that align priorities, goals, and growth objectives.
  • Manage Partner Ecosystem Performance: Own ecosystem health, track performance metrics, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead Critical Issue Resolution: Drive cross-functional response to high-severity technical and product incidents, including executive updates.
  • Inform Product Roadmap Decisions: Translate partner data into actionable insights that influence product and business strategy.
  • Build Scalable Partner Processes: Design and implement scalable frameworks for partner integration, QA, and ongoing operations.
  • Drive Operational Improvements: Lead initiatives to improve workflows, product quality, and partner experience.
