About The Position

VeSync is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and product narrative for a new ecosystem at the intersection of wellness and technology. This role involves defining the target audience, understanding their needs, differentiating the product, and establishing credibility. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into product messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, from initial interaction to membership. This is a hands-on role where you will define and maintain the value proposition and positioning for a new brand and connected wellness ecosystem. You will conduct market, competitive, and customer research to validate positioning and ensure claims are evidence-based. You will also represent the customer, competitor, and category perspective in commercial decisions and develop the core messaging architecture, including the value proposition, message hierarchy, and approved terminology. Additionally, you will build a proof system to support brand claims, create reusable language and guardrails for partner teams (Content, PR, GTM, CX), and own product and feature launch messaging. You will also work with UX Research and Behavioral Science to translate user insights into product messaging and benefit framing, and support the articulation of subscription value across the customer lifecycle.
