Requirements

• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives.
• Proven track record of leading product launches that measurably improved adoption and activation.
• Understanding of the full GTM (Go-To-Market) process.
• Genuine taste and understanding of video creation and editing.
• Experience operating with ambiguity and defining scope.
• Ability to be bold and back it up with craft.
• Experience marketing AI or creative tools.
• Background that blends product intuition with growth marketing depth.
• 4+ years in product marketing for PLG (Product-Led Growth) tech startups.

Responsibilities

• Define and sharpen OpusClip's positioning, messaging, and story across the website, user communications, and education content.
• Own and execute product launches and GTM briefs to support brand partners, influencers, and the paid media team.
• Build playbooks to turn one-off successes into repeatable marketing motions.
• Pilot campaigns that drive product usage beyond awareness.
• Measure marketing effectiveness, discontinue underperforming initiatives, and scale successful ones.
• Work closely with the product team to surface user insights and champion user needs.
