About The Position

Goodstack is a fast-growing, Series A social impact startup backed by General Catalyst, aiming to revolutionize how the world does good through technology. They are building a platform that enables global enterprises to integrate positive impact into their operations and supports nonprofits in gaining access to technology and funding. Global brands like Google and OpenAI, and nonprofits like the Red Cross and Oxfam, use Goodstack. The company has facilitated $5 billion in donations to good causes and is building the world's leading platform for global nonprofit donations. They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the market narrative for their enterprise and nonprofit solutions, driving go-to-market strategy, product storytelling, launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and customer proof points. Requirements

  • 5-8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Experience ideally in B2B SaaS, impact tech, or AI-native companies.
  • Proven experience launching products or integrated campaigns at high velocity.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer value.
  • A bias for execution: ability to own projects end-to-end, move quickly across multiple workstreams, and manage details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Experience building and running integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and sales channels.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think across both enterprise GTM and community/ecosystem narratives.
  • Deep fluency in AI tools and an AI-native way of working, using AI as a force multiplier.

Nice To Haves

  • Track record of working closely with founders or executive teams in fast-moving environments.
  • A point of view on category creation, thought leadership, and earned media, and how to build share of voice over time.
  • Strong perspective on modern B2B storytelling, positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Experience building community or ecosystem-driven narratives.
  • A genuine love of language, with the ability to write with clarity, personality, and a point of view.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring cohesion, modernity, and an outcome-oriented approach.
  • Translate product innovation and customer use cases into compelling narratives across various channels including email, social media, website, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Drive end-to-end launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, rapidly moving from concept to market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks for both Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit solutions.
  • Create and evolve sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and use-case narratives.
  • Shape Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance speed, scale, quality, and efficiency in marketing campaign execution.
