About The Position

Our SaaS solution helps marketers become more efficient, improve campaign conversion rates, and maintain brand consistency. We foster a fun and collaborative work environment. The Product Marketing Manager will join the Marketing team to craft compelling narratives for Knak's enterprise products. This role acts as a liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing, responsible for developing clear messaging, enabling the Sales team, and launching new product capabilities. The position will support new business, product adoption, and expansion through go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, market insights, and content that highlights Knak's product value.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience developing product messaging, sales content, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to communicate complex product features in a simple, engaging way.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or Pardot.

Responsibilities

  • Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing, creating compelling narratives and differentiated value propositions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, including multi-channel campaigns across owned and paid media.
  • Enable the Sales team with impactful collateral, including pitch decks, battle cards, and value-based messaging.
  • Conduct competitive and market research, synthesizing insights to inform strategy, differentiation, and product messaging.
  • Create product marketing content, including product demo videos, whitepapers, customer case studies, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Make strategic decisions about content and channel use while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives and influence team priorities without direct people management responsibilities.
