The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be a key cross-functional partner, representing the voice of the customer to drive product growth. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to differentiate offerings, create compelling collateral, and ensure market success. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, communicates clearly, thrives in a dynamic environment, and balances analytical thinking with creative storytelling. Rhapsody actively uses AI to enhance work processes and expects team members to adopt AI tools to improve efficiency and drive innovation while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, product management, consulting, or other highly cross-functional roles.
  • B2B experience is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of priorities, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, skilled in presentation development.
  • Genuine interest in the commercial mechanics of the business.
  • Equally comfortable writing the first draft of a narrative and pressure-testing it with data.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders and lead via influence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated messaging frameworks that clearly articulate product value across segments and audiences.
  • Refine buyer personas, ideal customer profile, and customer segmentation.
  • Partner with Demand to create and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Content to create key content supporting campaigns and external positioning.
  • Inform SEO and GEO strategies to meet buyers where they are.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Support measurement and analysis of GTM KPIs to improve pipeline development and win rate.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial teams to launch new products, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and marketing strategy.
  • Support pricing and packaging analysis to identify simplification opportunities.
  • Create and maintain sales tools & collateral aligned to the buyer journey.
  • Translate complex product capabilities and market themes into clear, value-driven narratives.
  • Partner with the GTM Activation team to train Sales, Customer Success, BDRs, and field marketing on new products, market trends, and collateral.
  • Transform workflows to be AI-first by connecting tools, building scalable automations, and standardizing best practices.
  • Lead AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases and developing solutions, balancing experimentation with governance and quality standards.
