We are currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team in Burnaby, Toronto or Calgary, New York, or remotely across Canada (excluding Québec). Requirements

  • Results-driven marketer who can craft and execute on customer-centric marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and utilization.
  • Deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can communicate complex products in a clear and compelling way.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with a high sense of ownership.
  • Strategic thinker who sets goals, creates plans, and executes experiments - all grounded in data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and energized by working cross-functionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame.
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement.
  • AI-savvy. Demonstrable experience in going beyond basic AI application to conduct your work.
  • Storyteller. Use strong writing skills to tell compelling stories that speak to your audience, whether training an internal team on an upcoming release or crafting a go-to-market strategy.
  • Data-first approach. Adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform recommendations and substantiate approaches.
  • Strategic yet tactical thinker. Ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, balance them against company-wide implications, and design effective tactical approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolio. This includes positioning and messaging, new feature launches, adoption and retention, internal team enablement, customer and prospect lifecycle initiatives, and other programs that help empower our customers to be successful.
  • Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits. Strong know-how and experience here is a firm requirement.
  • Partner with your product team counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring features and product enhancements to market.
  • Create stand-out product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace.
  • Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption and support retention.
  • Speak to and with our customers to gain new perspective and feedback on our products.
  • Collaborate with data insights, strategic research, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to develop market research.
  • Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
  • Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to fuel the creation, testing, and implementation of initiatives for your product line.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of product-line performance metrics.
