About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead Product Marketing at LTK and drive its evolution as a core growth function. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue—owning how our products are positioned, launched, and brought to market. You’ll translate product strategy into clear, compelling narratives and go-to-market plans that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue across creators, brands, and consumers. You’ll also help evolve how Product Marketing operates in an AI-native environment—using new tools to increase speed, insight, and impact.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Product Marketing or related roles (SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue
  • Strong storytelling skills—able to make complex products simple and compelling
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS
  • Ability to operate independently and build from zero in a team-of-one environment
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform strategy and measure impact
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, insights, or outcomes
  • High curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launches and key initiatives
  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-facing narratives
  • Act as the connective tissue across Product, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Drive GTM readiness, including launch narratives, content, pricing context, and Sales/CS enablement
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across web, in-product, lifecycle, and campaigns
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation, messaging, and GTM execution
  • Translate AI-powered product capabilities into clear customer value
  • Apply AI to improve personalization, experimentation, and performance insights
  • Partner with Product to inform roadmap through market and customer insights
  • Align with Marketing and Revenue to connect roadmap, campaigns, and channels
  • Integrate product-led and sales-led motions into a unified GTM strategy
  • Define segments and personas to guide targeting and positioning
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine messaging and GTM strategy
