About The Position

Boulevard is entering its next chapter, expanding its focus to include more sophisticated, multi-location operators across medspa, salon, and spa. This role will shape how Boulevard wins in the enterprise segment, deeply embedded in the commercial strategy for upmarket buyers. The position requires a product marketer to be the internal expert on this segment, understanding buyer needs and evaluation criteria. This role also owns the pricing and packaging strategy across all segments, from SMB to enterprise, translating market intelligence into clear recommendations. Success will be measured by sales teams effectively using provided messaging and assets to win larger deals, and by establishing a defensible pricing and packaging architecture that captures more value as customers grow. The role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution, including developing positioning frameworks, building sales decks, and testing new pricing tiers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with significant time spent marketing and selling into mid-market and/or enterprise buyers in vertical SaaS.
  • A track record of building positioning and narratives for complex, multi-product platforms.
  • Fluency in enterprise GTM motions: buying committees, longer cycles, proof-driven evaluations, executive-level conversations, and committee-driven objection handling.
  • Deep experience designing enterprise sales tools like pitch decks, platform walkthroughs, and value/ROI proof points.
  • Experience marketing platform APIs and integrations to enterprise audiences.
  • Direct experience leading pricing and packaging in a SaaS context, including building or evolving tiers, pricing models, and value metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction through structured market insight.
  • Confident, precise communication skills and the ability to tell a clear story.
  • Ability to thrive in situations with ambiguity and take an iterative approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in franchise or multi-location business models.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, particularly in self-care (medspa, salon, or spa industries).
  • Previous Product Marketing Manager (PMM) experience at companies that successfully moved and/or served enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise sales tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the upmarket segment, sharpening the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across core verticals and mapping buying committee dynamics.
  • Develop a clear point of view on segment priorities, understanding what sophisticated operators care about and need from a platform like Boulevard.
  • Build the upmarket narrative, crafting the definitive positioning story and developing sharp messaging, competitive positioning, and proof points tailored to enterprise evaluation criteria.
  • Partner deeply with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver tools that drive deals, equipping sales with segment-specific tools, presentations, messaging, and collateral.
  • Partner directly with the enterprise sales team, joining strategic calls, customizing materials, and refining approach based on real-world signals and buyer feedback.
  • Develop proposal templates, scripts, and objection handling that sales teams trust and use consistently, partnering with enablement teams.
  • Architect pricing and packaging across every segment, co-owning the strategy with Finance and Strategy teams.
  • Translate market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer value data into clear recommendations on tiering, value metrics, and price points.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Growth, and Sales to design, test, and roll out pricing and packaging changes, measuring impact and iterating.
  • Influence product strategy for upmarket buyers by capturing and prioritizing product requirements and bringing structured market and buyer insights into R&D roadmapping discussions.
  • Ensure new features are sequenced, framed, and released in a way that reinforces the platform story.
